Mykola Tomenko initiates a round-table discussion concerning formation of positive information content in the televising and radio broadcasting dimension of Ukraine.
Visiting Khmelnytsky region, Mykola Tomenko, Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, attended the opening of a newly-constructed secondary school of І-ІІІ grades № 23.
Speaking with the journalists and teaching staff about the principles of education, Mykola Tomenko drew attention to the quality of information received by the young generation from mass media. As the Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine who is in charge of mass media activity, he receives a lot of appeals concerning contents of the information television and radio broadcasting dimension of Ukraine. Certain appeals appertain to the abundance of negative information in the television news.
Therefore, Mykola Tomenko announced that he initiated holding of a round-table discussion with the leaders of television and radio broadcasting companies in order to discuss formation of positive information content in the television and radio broadcasting dimension of Ukraine .
